Brighton

Brighton has just re-opened as a bar & grill, and has been completely transformed. The restaurant, which overlooks the Pavilion Gardens has a bright and contemporary new look, as well as a stunning open kitchen from where guests can enjoy the theatre of seeing their dishes being cooked. The historic building, is close to Brighton’s most famous landmark, houses a split-level lounge bar and restaurant. It also has an extensive outside seating area giving the restaurant a modern European feel and providing an ideal spot for alfresco dining and watching the world go by.

Reeshi Patel, new General Manager, said, “We are completely changing our current offer and are aiming to take it to the next level with the refurbishment. We want our guests to come into ha ha bar & grill for a dining experience, rather than a bar that serves food which is what we’ve traditionally been known as. With the introduction of ‘ha ha suggests…’ we can offer guests the very best of seasonal foods throughout the year as well as giving them a taste of ingredients from across the British Isles.
