Managers & Assistant Managers
Less Body, More Soul
I began my journey with ha ha as a Graduate and I’ve had the opportunity to work in some fantastic venues around the country such as Liverpool, London and most recently Manchester where I have been appointed as the new GM. It’s fantastic to work with a business that has so many people dedicated to delivering quality food and the highest standards of service with optimum support every step of the way. I see ha ha as a place of opportunity and hope to grow with it for many years to come.
Samantha General Manager
At ha ha, we believe that developing our people is key to the success of our business. As such, we place enormous emphasis on engagement and continual learning. Our ‘academy programme’ supports our deputy and assistant managers through a series of residential courses and on-the-job coaching. Above all, this training provides a solid framework on which to achieve your personal goals in an interesting, challenging and fun environment. We ensure that you are continually engaged, motivated and developed, in new skills and practices, to manage each ha ha venue to the best of your ability. Management development is closely mentored, at every stage, with feedback given to ensure that you are on the road to ‘success’.
